What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, Paypal, Klarna and Google Pay.
How can I track my order and what happens if its lost or damaged?
All orders will be given an automatic tracking code when posted. If the item is damaged we will refund or replace the item straight away. If it is lost in the mail we will work together with the mailing company to track or replace the package.
What is your return policy and how do I get a refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (if possible) as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging.
If your item is faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer)
Can I exchange an item or contact customer support for help?
Yes, all items can be exchanged if they are unworn, undamaged and returned within 30 days.
